Forgotten Chicken
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275 (to cook for three or so hours) or 375 (to cook for 1-1.5 hours)
  2. Mix together “cream of” soups, 1 can of water, and minute rice
  3. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Lay chicken on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix
  5. COVER WITH TIN FOIL (very important!)
  6. Place in oven and… fa-get about it (insert best Italian voice here lol… okay, I’m done.)
