My favorite kind of meals are the simple ones. The meals that I can put together quickly, with few ingredients, and know it’ll be a hit. This Taco Bake is one of those meals!
My family (of picky eaters) loves this meal, and if it’s a hit in my house this bad boy will stay around for years!
It only takes about 30 minutes (that’s including prep time), 7 ingredients, and the weight of dinner is quickly lifted off your shoulders (;
Easy meal that will soon be a household favorite!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the ground beef and prepare taco meat according to the seasoning packet.
Pour enough Fritos into a 9x9 pan to cover the bottom.
Top with prepared taco meat.
Combine soup and milk in a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until smooth.
Top the taco meat with cheese sauce.
Top with shredded cheese (8 to 12 oz depending on how cheesy you want).
Bake for 10-15 minutes- until bubbly.
You can serve as is, over lettuce, or with desired toppings (:
And you're done!
How simple was that?!
