Easy Pull Apart Monkey Bread – Made in 30 Minutes!

A simple and easy recipe to make for breakfast, or dinner. Pull apart monkey bread. 10 minute prep time, 30 minutes to cook! www.abitofsimplicity.com

Pull Apart Monkey Bread

This is probably one of my favorite meals to make. It is so versatile. I use it for an easy breakfast on the weekends or a fun breakfast-for-dinner meal nights. I’ve also made it as a side dish for parties or as a potluck dish. Plus, it’s a complete hit in our house (& everywhere I have taken it)! Which is a super big deal with my picky eaters!!

This meal literally takes 10 minutes from fridge to oven. 10 minutes to make – I can do that! And, if I (a mama who completely dreads cooking) can find something that’s easy like this to make, it’s a keeper!!

So, 10 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes to cook.

Make. Stick in oven. Serve.

Sounds pretty simple to me!

Plus, did I mention it’s completely delicious?! My mouth is literally watering thinking about it.

The bread is always soft and full of flavor. It’s honestly addicting. You wont be able to just eat a bite; you will be going back for seconds, and thirds, and until the whole pan is empty. It’s that good!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  6. Stir the butter and sugar mixture until it is combined (you can turn up the heat a bit, if needed)
  7. Pour hot mixture over the biscuits

  9. Bake for 30 minutes
  10. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes
  11. Flip your bundt pan over onto a plate (or cookie sheet)
  12. DEVOUR!

I was thinking as I started reading this… use canned biscuits. Canned biscuits can actually work for several dishes.
I was a chef for a brief time in my life. But simple is always wonderful to use for a back up,
especially when you have no time or little in your fridge.
You can get cheap canned biscuits at Aldis for like 50c a can still. They work just as well. They’re also good for homemade easy donuts. One of my wonderful childhood memories because my mother worked most of my childhood has also been canned biscuits donuts rolled in cinnamon, powdered sugar or a glaze. Let the kids glaze or frost & decorate their own.
